VIOLIN, GUITAR, BASS, VIOLA, UKULELE, MANDOLIN
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Nate Miller, an alum of UB and Buffalo State, is a multi-instrumentalist who offers years of experience playing and performing on violin, guitar, bass, mandolin, ukelele, viola, and beyond. With experience ranging from membership with professional orchestral ensembles (such as the UB Symphony Orchestra, Amherst Symphony) to performing, writing, and recording with touring rock bands (playing venues from NYC to Miami to Quebec City), Nate offers a truly eclectic and in-depth knowledge of musicianship from fiddle to jazz to indie rock.
When Nate isn’t teaching, he’s either busy engineering/ producing in his recording studio or writing, practicing, and performing with his local indie rock/ pop outfits Terror Town and Halo Nellie. In addition, Nate loves to travel and work abroad. In fact, for a time he married his two great passions of travel and music when he taught a music and English class to students in Shanghai, China.
For those who aim to be the best instrumentalist they can be, those who want to pursue creating their own original music, or for anyone simply looking to explore their musical side a bit more, Nate offers a holistic student/ teacher experience that can help cultivate whatever relationship with music a student could want!
